GRACE E. FIELDER, PLA, AICP, CPSI established GEF in 1991. GEF is fully licensed and insured and is a certified MFD company in Maryland. The firm is headquartered in Maryland. GEF stays current with the recent changes in hardware and software that serve our industry. We are committed to the use of graphics and design programs in land development projects that enhance our abilities to gain acceptance and approval of client projects.

GEF provides services to public and private sector clients throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Delaware. GEF's outstanding capabilities as planners, site planners, landscape architects, and environmentalists have insured the company's success. The largest percentage of our work comes from repeat business, referrals, and reputation.
